Financial Times is reporting that something is happening in the 'New Vietnam' and the Democrats won't be happy. It looks like it will be the bloody Terrorists of Iraq who need to"seek exit strategy". Can you say 'Uncle'?
Many of Iraq's predominantly Sunni Arab insurgents would lay down their arms and join the political process in exchange for guarantees of their safety and that of their co-religionists, according to a prominent Sunni politician.


And what is the reason for Terrorists sudden change of heart?
Sharif Ali said the success of Iraq's elections dealt the insurgents a demoralising blow, prompting them to consider the need to enter the political process.


Looks like the terrorists and the Democrats are in the same boat...looking a way to save face and re-enter the political process.
