Boat Packed with Haitians Capsizes

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - A boat loaded with Haitian migrants capsized early Friday while being towed by a police boat from the Turks and Caicos Islands, and some 20 corpses have been spotted, the
U.S. Coast Guard said.
